Letsema Reloaded
It is true, it got a little bit quiet around Letsema Centre around Spring 2010. But, no, Letsema Centre has not vanished.
2011 is going to be a very exciting year for the organisation. Already towards the end of 2010, Letsema Centre changed its logo to the drum, that you can
now view on every Letsema document or web-presence. And it is not only the logo that changed.
Letsema Centre has got a new office, which can be found in Ga-Rankuwa in the City of Tshwane, north-west of Pretoria. A lot of Letsema's activities are going to be planned
and supervised form this new office.
In 2011 Letsema is going to host its first ever Career Exhibitions all over the City of Tshwane: starting in Ga-Rankuwa in March and then visiting Mabopane,
Winterveldt, Atteridgeville, Mamelodi and Soshanguve until the final exhibition will be held in Pretoria Central in June.
Also the LAPA programme is starting up again, at more schools than ever before.
And in addition to all of this, the local elections will be held and Letsema Centre is going to play a vivid role in the political discourse and voter
education.
To keep up with all those changes and activities, the Letsema Website has been relaunched. It is now featuring a lot of information on the organisation itself, the
programmes run by Letsema Centre, information about partners, publications and more. Also a platform for debates is included.
For further discussions with everybody who wants to join in, the Facebook-Page has been revived and
additionally an all new Twitter-Page has been set up.
So we can just hope that you will join our discussions online as well as in other ways!
Furthermore, we very much hope that you will enjoy our brand-new website as well as our contents in the social networks!
And if you have any kind of questions about our organisation, projects or other connected topics, please do not hesitate to contact us! All details you will need are given here.
